[Cause]

PowerWaveErrorCode No.53 occurred. An abnormally high output setting was detected because a low value was found in the voltage feedback. The voltage sensing lead may be disconnected or connected.

[Countermeasure]

Check that the voltage sensor circuit for wire number 67 is connected correctly. Check that the voltage sensor circuit for wire number 21 is connected correctly.
