[Cause]
This alarm provides information for identifying the cause of SVGN-20, insufficient pressure. Thickness is the thickness specified in the applied force condition. For indentation depth, the message displays 3 types of values: ①/② (Max:③).
① indicates the indentation depth applied in the pressure application motion in which the alarm occurred.
② indicates thickness plus the current pressure-side stroke limit.
③ indicates thickness plus the pressure-side stroke limit with new welding tips.
If ② is much smaller than ③, and ① is close to ② (or equal to it), wear is excessive and the target applied force may not be reached because the required indentation depth has not been secured.
[Countermeasure]
Check whether the displayed thickness differs from the actual thickness of the object to which pressure is applied.
If ② becomes much smaller than ③, and ① is close to ② (or equal to it), replace the electrode tips with new ones.
If ③ is small, increase the pressure-side stroke limit within the mechanism's operating range on the gun stroke limit settings screen.
