An emergency stop was input immediately after execution force control, or a servo error occurred.
[Countermeasure]
Check the surrounding area for abnormalities. If there are no abnormalities, clear the alarm and execute again, or cycle the power. If execution is still not possible, inform the service center of the circumstances in which the alarm occurred.
