[Servo board XX] (Power regeneration control board (No. XX)) P-N voltage too high. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: The power regeneration control board detected an error: the PN voltage rose continuously above 450V for 1ms. (Detected by the servo board.)

Main causes:

1. Excessive regenerative voltage caused by executing the taught motion.

2. The power supply unit power board is faulty.

3. A problem with the power regeneration control board.

4. A problem with the servo board.

5. The regenerative energy absorption resistor harness is disconnected, or there is a problem with the regenerative energy absorption resistor.

6. A problem with the reactor unit.

7. A problem with the power block for the power regeneration axis.

Countermeasures:

1. If the regenerative voltage is excessive, change the taught data or reduce the repeat speed.

2. Replace the power supply unit.

3. Replace the power regeneration unit.

4. Replace the servo amplifier unit.

5. Replace the regenerative energy absorption resistor.

6. Check the reactor unit for abnormalities such as short circuits.
