[Cause]
The shutter open request signal and shutter open status signal still do not match after the Shutter Open/Close Wait Time on the laser oscillator time-sharing control setup screen expired.
[Countermeasure]
Check that the shutter open/close wait time is appropriate. The beam switching unit may be faulty. Check its status using the laser oscillator operator's manual.
