The geometry of the 2-dimensional barcode is abnormal.
[Countermeasure]
Check whether the 2-dimensional barcode is inside the search window. For a Data Matrix code, view the 2-value image on the setup screen and check whether the threshold is correct. Also check whether the vertical and horizontal cell counts are even. Check whether the 2-dimensional barcode is damaged.
