Connection number (XX) and servo board number (XX) settings differ. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

Description: The communication port channel for the servo board on the main CPU board does not match the rotary switch number on the servo board.

Main causes:

1. Incorrect setting of rotary switch (SW7) on the servo board.

2. A wiring error occurs when using two or more servo boards.

3. A problem with the servo board.

4. The main CPU board is faulty.

5. A problem with the additional servo communication board on the main CPU board.

Countermeasures:

1. Check the rotary switch settings on the servo boards. (Set as follows: When using 1 servo board, set it to “0”. When using 2 or more, set the board 1 to “0”, the board 2 to “1”, and so on.)

2. Check the condition of each harness of the main CPU board or additional servo communication board.

3. Replace the servo board.

4. Replace the main CPU board.

5. Replace the additional servo communication board.
