Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: main circuit current exceeds 1.5 times the servo drive instantaneous maximum peak current.
- Drive output short circuit.
- Motor wiring abnormal.
- IGBT abnormal.
- Control parameter settings abnormal.
- Control command settings abnormal.
Corrective action
- Check the motor-to-drive wiring or the conductors themselves for short circuits and prevent exposed metal conductors. Check the motor-to-drive wiring sequence against the manual's wiring instructions.
- If heatsink temperature is abnormal, return the unit to the dealer or original manufacturer for inspection and repair. Check whether settings are far above factory defaults; restore the factory defaults first, then adjust them gradually.
- Check whether control input commands change too abruptly. If so, adjust the input command rate of change or enable filtering. Reset the alarm.
