Cause
- The upper-level software communication thread is blocked, causing communication data to be sent to the drive only after several missed cycles;
- The drive did not return data after the upper-level software sent data;
- The upper-level software communication thread missed multiple consecutive cycles.
Corrective action
- If the alarm occurs only occasionally, it can be ignored. If it persists, check for other alarms and contact technical personnel.
- Check the physical network cable connection to the drive for poor contact, or check whether the drive is damaged.
