[Cause]
This warning message is displayed when the command value of the welding conditions specified by the arc command (or arc direct command) is outside the output range. The output value is clamped to the upper limit or lower limit.
[Countermeasure]
1. Set the command value within the setting range.
2. If it is a Lincoln welding power source, the command value setting range varies with each welding mode. Therefore, when changing the allocation of welding processes and welding modes, confirm whether the command value of the arc command used for the welding process is within the setting range of the new welding mode. In addition, it is necessary to confirm whether the command value of the processing conditions (wire post-processing, start-up processing, wire sticking reset) corresponding to the welding process number is within the set range. The setting range for each welding mode can be confirmed on the welding condition list screen.
