[Cause]
HDI The frequency of the frequency input signal connected to the input exceeds the set maximum value.
[Countermeasure]
Improve shielding or grounding to reduce noise. If the HDI pulse module frequency is set to 640Hz, operate the DIP switch to set the frequency to 1000Hz, and set system variable $FQINT_SETUP[n].$FREQ_MAX_AL to 1020. If the HDI pulse module frequency is set to 1000Hz, operate the DIP switch to set the frequency to 640Hz. To disable this alarm while using an HDI pulse module, set system variable $FQINT_SETUP[n].$FREQ_MAX_AL to 1200. If no HDI pulse module is used, set system variable $FQINT_SETUP[n].$FREQ_MAX_AL to 0.
