Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, check the following items. • Check the connection between the connected device receiving signals XIN01 through 16 and the IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block board • Cables between ASF01 and the ASF01 and ASF02 boards • Connectors of the connected device |
| ASF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASF01 board. |
| ASF02 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASF02 board. For a system with multiple ASF02 boards connected, replace the ASF02 board connected to the signal that generated the alarm. |
| ASU03 unit (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASU03 unit. For a system with multiple ASU03 units connected, replace the ASU03 unit connected to the signal that generated the alarm. |
| IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the IM-YE250/5-80P terminal-block board. For a system with multiple IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block boards connected, replace the IM-YE250/5-80P terminal block board connected to the control group that generated the alarm. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
