Collision (excessive disturbance torque) was detected at the start of operation. Probably due to the same reason as the SRVO-050 collision detection alarm. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group.
[Countermeasure]
Take the same countermeasure as the SRVO-050CLALM alarm.
