[Cause]
PowerWaveErrorCode No.85 occurred. Trigger input to the external I/O connector of the wire drive is disabled. System configuration or status may also prevent communication of the trigger instruction.
[Countermeasure]
Check whether the Ethernet board DIP switches are set correctly. Check whether all ArcLink connections are set correctly. Check for errors within the system. Check all DIP switch settings on the circuit boards in the system. If there is no improvement, Before performing other operations (power-off and jogging operations) after this alarm occurs, use the abnormal-condition recording function (“Abnormal Condition Record” in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If the abnormal-condition recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps leading up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
