[Cause]
This alert occurs when the robot ' s EtherNet/IP scanner does not receive the forward-opened response information from the adaptor device or when it receives the forward-opened response information indicating that the I/O connection failed.
[Countermeasure]
Check the scanner settings on the scanner setup screen. Read the adapter device operator's manual and recheck its correct settings. Check whether there is a duplicate explicit owner connection on the adapter device, that is, whether another scanner device has established a connection at the same connection point. Check that EtherNet/IP is enabled on the adapter device. To restart the scanner connection, press RESET. The number in parentheses in this alarm displays, in hexadecimal (base 16), the <280162>extended status</280162> of the error returned by the communication destination device. Refer to the following table for extended status information.
