There may be insufficient processing time.
[Countermeasure]
1) Increase $SCR.$ITP_TIME from its current value in increments of 4, and cycle the power. (8 -> 12 -> 16 -> 20 -> 24 -> 28 (maximum))
2) If the alarm recurs after taking the above action, use the error state recording function (Error State Recording in the auxiliary menu) and obtain an image backup before performing any other operations, such as turning off power or jogging, after this alarm occurs. Then contact the FANUC service center. If the error state recording function is unavailable, record the conditions and operating steps leading up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
