This alarm notifies that the follower axis has entered adjustment mode. (i: group number; j: master axis number)
[Countermeasure]
To unset the adjustment mode, set $DUAL_DRIVE[i].$ADJUST_SEL[n] to 0. When the alarm appears, group i becomes position matching uncompleted state. (n: Two-drive pair number)
