and C3 of station axes are not
the same.
Causes and remedies

| Software (incorrect setting) | Change the teaching so that station axis No. 1 of C1, C2, and C3 is at the same position. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
