Category: Alarm
Cause
- Ambient temperature too high
- Operation after repeatedly resetting an overload alarm by switching off the power
- Excessive load, or regenerative processing capacity exceeded during operation
- Inappropriate servo unit mounting orientation or spacing from other servo units
- Servo unit fault
Corrective action
- Measure ambient temperature with a thermometer; improve servo unit installation conditions and reduce ambient temperature.
- Use the alarm history display (Fn000) to confirm overload alarms; change the alarm reset method.
- Use cumulative load ratio Un009) to check the operating load and regenerative load ratio (Un00A) to check regenerative processing capacity. Reconsider load and operating conditions.
- Check the servo unit installation and install it according to servo unit installation standards.
- The servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
