[Cause]
In another encoder set within the encoder number displayed after the alarm message, the feedback compensation processing count exceeds the specified value. See $PLS_CMP_LIM for specified values. The first parameter in parentheses indicates the hardware axis action group number to which the corresponding encoder is allocated, the second parameter indicates the axis number in the hardware axis action group to which the corresponding encoder is allocated, and the third parameter indicates the corresponding encoder number.
[Countermeasure]
1. The communication of the corresponding encoder may be affected by noise. Eliminate the cause of the noise.
2. Replace the corresponding encoder.
3. Replace the corresponding encoder wire.
4. Replace the linear tracking interface circuit board.
5. If the above countermeasures cannot be recovered, refer to the countermeasures of SRVO-090 (DTERR alarm).
