Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. Change the JUMP instruction or the specified JUMP target in the PointPLC job. A JUMP destination in a PointPLC job must be taught within the PointPLC job. A JUMP destination outside the PointPLC job must be taught outside the PointPLC job. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
