[Cause]
An abnormality occurred in the communication between the axis control card and the servo amplifier. (Communication error from the axis control card to the servo amplifier) The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group.
[Countermeasure]
1. Check the optical cable between the axis control card on the main board and the servo amplifier, and replace it if there is any abnormality.
2. Replace the axis control card on the main board.
3. Replace the servo amplifier. For details, please take appropriate measures according to "Troubleshooting based on alarm codes" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used. For additional shafts, refer to the additional shaft service instructions.
Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
