WARN PMC filename error

[Cause]

An extension other than LADDR.PMC, PARAM.PMC seeks to load a PMC file.

[Countermeasure]

For a PMC program, change the filename to LADDER.PMC before loading it. For a parameter file, change the filename to PARAM.PMC before loading it.
