[Cause]
The connection cannot be recognized. Check whether a sensor other than a pulse encoder for linear tracking is connected. Numbers in parentheses indicate alarm diagnostic information.
[Countermeasure]
1. Regarding the connection cable, please confirm that the connector is connected.
2. Confirm that the shielding layer of the above connection cable is properly grounded.
3. Replace the above connecting cable.
4. Replace the motor. Before implementing countermeasure 5 below, be sure to obtain an image backup of the control unit.
5. Replace the mainboard and restore the obtained image backup.
