Description
Contact drive unit of contact arg has reached the temperature limit. Contacts are connected to drive unit at unit position arg and node arg to drive module arg.
Consequences
No action can be taken until this error is corrected. The system enters the "motor off" state.
Possible causes
- The cooling fan is faulty or the airflow is blocked.
- The cooling blades are covered with dust, which reduces the cooling effect.
- The ambient temperature may be too high.
- The torque is too high for a long time during contact operation.
Recommended actions
- Verify that the fan is running and that airflow is not blocked.
- Clean the cooling blades.
- Please check whether the ambient temperature exceeds the rated temperature value of the cabinet.
- If possible, please rewrite the user program to reduce the number of emergency accelerations and emergency decelerations.
- Reduce static torque caused by gravity or external forces.
