Description
When JARCR-XFB01B (DeviceNet board) is used as the communication master, the DeviceNet communication settings must be recorded in advance. The file containing these settings is called the DeviceNet allocation file. When the power is turned ON, the system checks whether this DeviceNet allocation file matches the system. This alarm occurs if the result of the check is abnormal.
Subcode description
The scan list in DeviceNet allocation file 1 is inconsistent.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the following settings. [XFB01 board] • Settings in the applicable DeviceNet allocation file • IO module setting for the applicable DeviceNet board in maintenance mode • DeviceNet allocation of the IO module in maintenance mode |
| ACP01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ACP01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. After replacing the ACP01 board, remove the SD card from the original ACP01 board and insert it into the new ACP01 board. |
| AIF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the AIF01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. After replacing the AIF01 board, load CMOS.BIN saved before the alarm occurred. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
