[Cause]
Welding completion timed out. With a digital welder, the weld-complete signal did not turn on within the specified time. With a built-in timer, no weld-complete response was received from the built-in timer board.
[Countermeasure]
Check that the weld-complete signal is correctly assigned on the welding equipment I/O screen. If there is an abnormality on the welder side, eliminate its cause. With a built-in timer, check the alarm history screen for welding-related alarms and eliminate any abnormality. When a sequencer supplies the weld-complete signal to the robot, check that it has been loaded to ensure that the weld-complete signal turns on within the specified time after the weld-command signal is output. Also check whether the weld-command and weld-complete signal sequence is reversed. If the timeout is too short, adjust the weld-complete timeout on the Setup/Spot Welding Initial Setup screen. The standard value is 2,000ms.
