[Cause]
A servo power-off command was issued for a group in motion.
[Countermeasure]
1. Press the alarm reset key to clear the alarm.
2. Issue the servo power-off command after the group has finished moving.
3. When issuing a servo power-off command from a program, set the motion mask for the group using local stop to ＊ in the program detail screen settings.
