[Cause]
The safety I/O processing results of the two CPUs differ. The alarm occurs when safety signals on the emergency stop board and safety I/O board, such as external emergency stop and SFDI, are repeatedly switched ON/OFF within a short time.
[Countermeasure]
Check the connections of safety signals on the emergency stop board and safety I/O board, such as external emergency stop and SFDI. Take the countermeasures for other alarms occurring at the same time.
