Description
The user I/O queue handling I/O signal changes has been overloaded.
Consequences
The system will enter the "System Stop" state.
Possible causes
This is caused by too frequent signal changes or excessively large bursts of signal changes, usually caused by cross-connections between the input I/O signals or I/O signals.
Recommended actions
- Check cross-connections. Cross-connections are described in the system parameter manual.
- Check the frequency of the I/O signal input from any external device (connected to the system). Make sure there are no exceptions and make changes if necessary.
- If extremely heavy I/O loads occur under normal circumstances and are necessary, check to see if a delay programmed into the RAPID application can resolve the issue.
