For 2-plane calibration, either the camera or fixture (calibration device) must be mounted on the robot.

[Countermeasure]

Mount either the camera or fixture on the robot. Also check that the robot-mounted camera setting on the camera setup screen and the fixture mounting configuration on the camera calibration screen are correct.
