Description
24V power for I/Os is not supplied.
Subcode description
0000_0000_0000_0001: detection-circuit error
0000_0000_0000_0010: blown fuse (AIO board)
0000_0000_0000_0011: external 24V power-supply error
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the following cables and connectors are connected and fully inserted. Check the following insertion/connections. • CN303 on the AIO board • Fuse on the AIO board (blown) • Communication cable for the I/O module |
| IO module (power supply abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the external 24V power-supply voltage is normal. If there is an error, replace the external 24V power supply. |
| AIO board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the AIO board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| Short circuit / ground fault | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, check the 24V power-supply connections at the following connectors, and check for short circuits or ground faults. • YFC24-CN219 (81, 82, 92, 93: +24V2U3) • YFC24-CN219 (83, 84, 94, 95: 024V2) • AIO-CN306, CN307, CN308, CN309 |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
