[Servo board XX] External supply voltage too low. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

On the slave controller (multi-axis controller), the AC external power supply has dropped to the rated value -20% or lower for 1-2 seconds.

Main causes:

1. The AC external power supply of the slave controller (multi-axis controller) is faulty.

2. A problem with the AVR of the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

3. An open circuit in the signal harness between the motherboard and servo board of the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

4. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. Turn the slave controller (multi-axis controller) power OFF and then ON again.

2. Replace the AVR of the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

3. Check whether the signal harness between the motherboard and servo board of the slave controller (multi-axis controller) is connected.

4. Replace the servo board.
