[Cause]
High performance I/O trigger system anomalies. When this alert occurs, a standard trigger system-based treatment is performed, but the accuracy of the timing will decrease. Normally, they will be in either of the following states.
1. Glue gun ON The output signal has a number other than 0 and has been assigned to a point that does not exist.
2. The number of the flow command output signal is not 0 and has been assigned to a point that does not exist.
3. The mist air output signal has a number other than 0 and has been assigned to a point that does not exist.
4. I/O There is a problem with the system's software settings.
5. I/O There is a problem with the system's hardware settings.
[Countermeasure]
On the output screen, check that the glue gun ON, flow command, and atomizing air output signals are set correctly, or that the numbers are set to 0. If an output value is '****', set its number to 0 and perform a cold start. Always perform a cold start after changing settings on this screen.
