This is an interface panel function alarm. The digital switch signal cannot be read. Multiple signals are treated as one group, and Signal (%d) identifies the signal that could not be read. The button position number is displayed, along with the page, row, and column of the button in the column layout when the error occurred.

Check the signal type, signal number, and number of signals.
