Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: The detector output pulse frequency exceeds the hardware maximum output frequency. Causes:
- The detector pulse resolution is set too high.
- Noise interference or damage to the encoder cable causes abnormal communication.
- Encoder abnormality.
Corrective action
- Set the parameters correctly. P1.076 and P1.046 must meet the following conditions: P1.076 > motor speed, and Motor speed 60 × P1.046 × 4 < 19.8 × 106
- Monitor the encoder communication error rate with P0.002 = -80. If this value continues to accumulate, interference is present. Check the following: (a) Verify that the motor grounding terminal is properly grounded; connect the power cable grounding conductor (yellow-green) to the drive heatsink (Heat Sink). (b) Verify that the encoder signal cable is normal and keep it separate from power supply or high-current wiring to prevent interference. (c) Use shielded encoder cable, bring out the shield, and ground it correctly.
- Check the abnormal status records (P4.000 ~ P4.004) to determine whether the error occurs together with encoder alarms (AL011, AL024, AL025, AL026). If an error occurs, investigate and eliminate the corresponding alarm.
- If OA/OB pulses are not required, set P2.065 [Bit 13] to 1 to disable detector output abnormality detection. --1. Reset the alarm. 2. Contact the dealer.
