Description
The file containing the system's permanent data cannot be found, and the previous, most recent normal system state of the automatic recovery backup cannot be restored. Under normal circumstances, the system state is automatically stored in permanent memory when shutting down, and an automatic recovery copy of the most recent normal state is saved.
Consequences
The system configuration or RAPID program has been lost and must be re-executed or reloaded from a user storage backup.
Possible causes
Internal system error or insufficient internal system storage space.
Recommended actions
- Reset the system and load a previously stored backup on the controller or external storage media.
- Reinstall the RobotWare system and load the backup.
- Report this issue to ABB Technical Support and attach system diagnostic data.
