This alarm occurs if abnormal internal data is detected during the access to position data.
Subcode description
Unused position data file does
not exist.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. Check the number of steps (position data) in the job. Delete unnecessary position data from the job, and then add position data again. |
| Software (malfunction) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If this happens again, delete the job where the alarm occurred. 3. If the alarm recurs despite the above measures, initialize the job in maintenance mode and reload the saved job. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
