| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (malfunction) | 1. Reset the alarm and execute the job again. 2. If the alarm recurs, turn the controller power off and back on, then reselect the job from the job selection screen immediately after startup. 3. Take corrective action 2. After this, if the alarm recurs, save CMOS.BIN and report the circumstances (operating procedure, etc.) to our service department. |
