Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Arc welding power supply (abnormal) | Check the following items. 1. Check whether the wire-feeder encoder cable is damaged. 2. Check whether the screws on the wire-feeder encoder-cable terminal block are loose. A broken encoder cable, loose screw, or similar problem may cause abnormally fast wire feeding, resulting in an abnormal wire feed amount. Replace the encoder cable or tighten the terminal block screws. 3. Check whether the welding wire load has increased. Avoid excessively bending the welding torch cable and conduit cable. |
