Countermeasure	Note 1	Error Solution
Check Note 1 in the system history and take the following countermeasures. For 1, 2, 3, 4, or 10, the fieldbus slave board has failed or the controller software is damaged. - Repair the controller firmware. For 11 or 12: an error in communication data was detected during communication. The communication cable is abnormal. - Check the communication cable and its peripheral equipment. For 13, 14, or 15, the fieldbus slave board has failed or the controller software is damaged. - Repair the controller firmware. For 20: an error in communication data was detected during communication (CRC Error). - Check the communication cable and its peripheral equipment. (When using CCLink) For 21: an error in communication data was detected during communication (Time Out Error). - Check the communication cable and its peripheral equipment. (When using CCLink) For 23, 24, or 25: an abnormal amount of received data was detected. - Check the PLC, communication cable, and its peripheral equipment.
