The number of areas for the deadlock prevention function exceeded the upper limit.
[Countermeasure]
An internal error. Before performing other operations (power-off or jogging) after the alarm occurs, execute the abnormal-state recording function (‘Abnormal State Record’ in the auxiliary menu), obtain an image backup, and contact the FANUC service center. If the abnormal-state recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps before the alarm was issued, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
