Description
A DeviceNet master/slave circuit pack is installed, but the DeviceNet option is not installed.
Consequences
Unable to communicate on DeviceNet. Configuring DeviceNet without the DeviceNet option installed may cause subsequent errors.
Possible causes
An attempt may have been made to add the DeviceNet functionality without properly installing the DeviceNet option.
Recommended actions
- If the DeviceNet option is required: Use this option to configure a new system and install the system.
- If the DeviceNet option is not required: Configure a new system without this option and install the system.
