[Cause]
Position correction failed even though gun correction (F3 key) or automatic correction (F4 key) was executed. The cause of this alarm is described in SVGN-176.
[Countermeasure]
Check the content of SVGN-176. However, SVGN-175 is an optional alarm (standard: enabled). It is not output when $SGSYSTCH..$PTNOTRECALM=FALSE.
