[Cause]
The safety switch has not been pressed while the teach pendant is valid. Or, the safety switch was pressed hard.
[Countermeasure]
Press the safety switch and then press the RESET button. If the safety switch is the 3 position switch, press the safety switch to the halfway position and then press the RESET button. When the alarm cannot be cleared, take the following countermeasures:
1. Confirm the neutral position of the safety switch of the teach pendant.
2. Confirm that the mode selection switch on the operation panel and the enable/disable switch on the teach pendant are in the correct position.
3. Replace the teaching pendant.
4. Confirm the connection and operation of the mode switch and replace it if there is any problem.
5. Replace the emergency stop board.
