[Cause]
The supply side detected excessive pressure on the material. Normally, they will be in either of the following states.
1. Supply pressure is set at too high a value.
2. The set value of the high pressure limit is too low.
3. The set value of the high pressure limit time is too short.
[Countermeasure]
The pressure to supply the pumps is set at an appropriate value. Sets the high pressure limit to the appropriate value. Sets the pressure limit time to the appropriate value.
