SERVO Retry count exception (G:%d A:%d)

[Cause]

The pulse encoder communication error retry counter exceeded the specified value. See $PLS_ER_LIM for specified values. The first parameter in the brackets represents the action group number of the corresponding pulse encoder, and the second parameter represents the axis number in the action group of the corresponding pulse encoder.

[Countermeasures]

1. The pulse encoder communication may be affected by noise. Eliminate the cause of the noise.
2. Replace the motor.
3. Replace the pulse encoder cable.
4. Replace the servo amplifier.
5. If the above countermeasures cannot be recovered, refer to the countermeasures of SRVO-068 (DTERR alarm).

       Note Normally, this alarm will not sound when shipped from the factory.
