An internal error occurred while capturing an image with the USB camera connected to the iPendant USB port.
[Countermeasure]
Try capturing an image again. If this error occurs repeatedly, record the conditions of occurrence and operating steps, execute the abnormal-condition recording function, obtain an image backup, and contact FANUC.
