| Software (incorrect setting) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. Change the settings using the following procedure. • Select Robot → Tool from the main menu. • Display the tool setting screen for the tool number indicated by the subcode (tool number). • Set the tool information indicated by the subcode (tool information) to 0. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
