[Cause]

The elements on side (s) (L [left], R [right]) of approach wait combination (C:i) contain an error. This may be due to the following reasons:
- An element type or number that does not exist was specified; - A group that does not exist was specified; - All elements of the setting target $IA_GRP.$ROBOT or $IA_HAND, $IA_FOBJ are disabled; - The communication destination controller has not enabled the object because of one of the above reasons, incomplete calibration, or a similar reason.
